The PATONA Premium Battery Grip BG-E22 for Canon EOS R offers a better handling of the camera, especially in vertical shootings and in using of heavy lenses. The Camera runtime is extended considerably with the battery grip, as the two battery compartments can each hold 2 Canon LP-E6N batteries. The integrated charging function charges the batteries directly in the battery grip (AC adapter included). The advanced ergonomic and non-slip battery grip makes it much easier to hold and use the camera. The built-in flash sync socket is used, for example, to connect wired studio flash units.
